Our methods
Strategy
Come into every point knowing what to do. How you will move with your partner. What to do in certain situations and how to adapt.
Positioning
Put yourself in the correct position to be in front of the ball rather than reach to the ball. This puts maximum pressure on your opponent, taking away your pressure.
Technique
Learn the proper technique for each shot, the higher percentage shots, proper movement, and reduce your swing to be more compact.
Biomechanics
Learn better body mechanics to reduce injuries, increase power, and increase safety on the court.
Private Lessons
Private lessons deliver highly personalized, one on one coaching designed to identify technical gaps and refine decision making on the court. Each session is tailored to your skill level, goals, and style of play for maximum progression.
